Event Based Rewards in Siebel Loyalty enables automatic rewards for members based on special events like birthdays, anniversaries, and other key milestones.
A good loyalty program recognizes events in a member’s life or journey with the brand by rewarding members at specific milestones. Siebel Loyalty facilitates the automatic creation of transactions for members who meet certain triggers, such as birthday, anniversary, completed referral, specific redemption, and more.
Event Based Rewards lets Loyalty Administrators and Program Managers enhance their loyalty programs with the ability to create and process transactions for members non activity and to reward members on their special occasions.
Organizations reward members in various scenarios where there's no explicit action required, such as:
- Member’s birthday
- Member’s program anniversary
- Member’s wedding anniversary
