Upgrade Planning for Mobile Devices in the Siebel Environment

Before the upgrade, verify that mobile devices are running an operating system supported by your version of Siebel CRM. Also, verify that third-party software is the correct version.

Platforms: Windows, UNIX, IBM z/OS.

After the upgrade, you must enter any mobile device-related application configuration changes into the mobile device administration screen.
