Administering Oracle Customer Hub
Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) is administered through the Oracle Customer Hub Data Steward UIs.
The UIs only includes the screens that are necessary for viewing and administering information contained in UCM. Only administrators have access to these screens. Administrators use the screens to make manual changes to the data, make decisions on suspect information, and set up rules and policies for managing data in UCM.
In the administration screens, the application enforces access control at the UI-level.
However, there's no access control on messages, and the messages have full visibility of the data.
Messages are subject to system privilege checks when accessing UCM. For more information on configuring system privileges, see About System Preferences for Oracle Customer Hub (UCM).
