Configuring OAuth for Siebel REST

If OAuth authentication is used, configure Siebel REST inbound authentication so that Siebel CRM can validate OAuth access tokens sent by Launch. This setup typically includes configuring IDCS, creating OAuth client credentials, setting the token and introspection endpoints in Siebel Management Console, and ensuring that the OAuth client maps to a Siebel employee user with the required responsibilities.

Set the time zone for the newly created employee to (GMT) UTC - Coordinated Universal Time to keep the time zones synchronized between Launch and Siebel CRM.
