Downloading the Siebel Lift Utility

To download the Siebel Lift utility:

  1. Log in to My Oracle Support (MOS).
  2. In the Search field, search for and select Patches and Product Certification Matrix.
  3. In the Patch Search pane, enter the search criteria:
    • In the Platform field, search for and select the platform, such as Linux x86-64.
    • In the Language field, search for and select the language, such as American English.
    • In the Product field, search for and select Siebel CRM.
    • In the Release field, search for and select the release version, such as Siebel Industry Applications 26.8.
  4. Click Apply.

    The Patches page displays the files available for the search. For example, for installer version 26.8, the following media files are listed:

    • Siebel CRM 26.8.0.0 2026_08 (Patch)
    • Siebel CRM 26.8 OL Containers and Sample DB (Patch)
    • Siebel CRM 26.8.0.0 Cloud Manager (Patch)
    • Siebel CRM 26.8.0.0 Lift Utility (Patch)
  5. In the Patch Name field, click the Siebel Lift Utility (Patch) link, such as 26.8.0.0 Siebel Lift Utility.
  6. Click Download. You receive one file, for example, P123XXXXX_268_Linux-x86-64.zip.
