Display the Total Number of Records in Siebel Mobile

Displaying the total number of records in a parent object is supported only in online mode. Here's how to display the total number of records in a parent object:

1. Navigate to the parent object view that you want by doing one of the following:

   • Select Side Menu and then select an object from the drop-down list.

   • Select Side Menu, select an object from the drop-down list, and then a related item from the side pane.

2. Select the menu (the cogwheel icon) in the work area and then select Record Count.

   The total number of records in the parent object is returned.

   This table describes some fields and their guidelines for usage:

   Field	Guideline
   Parent Organization	If this organization is a suborganization, select the parent organization. This allows an organization to be associated with another organization.
   Partner Flag	Used for Siebel Partner Relationship Manager. This read-only checkbox, if selected, indicates that the organization represents an external enterprise which is a partner of your company.

3. Select OK to close the record count information.
