Note: By default, most of the parameters referenced in this chapter are not automatically available as options in the menus of your disconnected application, and as a result they are not set in the default configuration. If you want to make these and any other new parameters available, then you must add them to your disconnected application by creating a new parameter record for each parameter that you want to make available.
