Enhanced Redwood UX for Siebel Mobile
Redwood UX for Siebel Mobile was first introduced in Release 20.9, providing a richer user experience for smartphone users. The new UX delivered in this release is further enhanced to deliver a modern, consistent interface aligned with desktop and tablet experiences.
Designed with the unique constraints of smartphone usage in mind, the new UX focuses on streamlined information presentation and simplified navigation, enabling users to perform tasks efficiently while on the move.
Key updates include:
- Restyled application, accordion components, and footer banners
- Updated styles, colors, icons, and fonts
- Refreshed applet and view styling
- Redwood UX is built using the OpenUI framework

Developer Experience - Custom Control Over HTTP Error Status Codes
In this release, REST error status code responses are more granular – letting the requestor more easily handle specific errors returned from a request.
Developers can adjust the error response wording to accurately convey the exact error being returned and to provide helpful text. This makes troubleshooting errors returned from Siebel CRM via REST request much easier and efficient.
