View Details of an Application VM
This topic provides the details and procedure to view details of an Application VM.
Procedure
Perform the following steps in the Console.

On the Data Infrastructures list page, select the Data Infrastructure that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the Data Infrastructure, see List Data Infrastructures.

On the Data Infrastructure details page, select the Application VMs tab to view the list of all Application VMs.

On the Application VMs tab, select the Application VM that you want to work with.

On the Application VM details page, select the Application VM information tab.

Review the following details:

General information: Displays basic information about the Application VM, including the compartment, OCID, associated Data Infrastructure, server, time zone, creation time, and last update time.

Database Infrastructure: Displays the Data Infrastructure associated with the Application VM.

Server: Displays the server where the Application VM is currently placed. VM placement is dynamic and might change over time based on server availability.

Instance access: Displays information required to connect to the running Linux instance by using Secure Shell (SSH). You need the private key from the SSH key pair that was used to create the instance.
- VM network: Displays the VM network associated with the Application VM, the IP address, and the user name used to connect to the instance.

Image and Shape: Displays the operating system, operating system version, image, OCPU allocation, and memory allocation for the Application VM.

Storage: Displays the boot volume and block volume sizes.
