View Work Requests for a DB Home

This topic provides the details and procedure to view work requests for a Database Home.

Procedure

Perform the following steps in the Console.

1. On the Data Infrastructures list page, select the Data Infrastructure that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the Data Infrastructure, see List Data Infrastructures.

2. On the Data Infrastructure details page, select the VM Cluster tab to view the list of all VM Clusters.
3. On the VM Clusters tab, select the VM Cluster that you want to work with.

4. On the VM Cluster details page, select the Database Homes tab to view the list of all Database Homes.

5. On the Database Homes tab, select the Database Home that you want to work with.

6. On the Database Home details page, select the Work requests tab to view the list of all work requests.

For each recent work request, you can view the following information:

• Operation: The operation performed by the work request.
• State: The current status of the work request.
• % Complete: The completion percentage of the work request.
• Accepted: The UTC date and time when the work request was accepted.
• Started: The UTC date and time when the work request started.
• Finished: The UTC date and time when the work request completed.

To view details for a work request:

1. In the list of work requests, locate the work request that you want to view.
2. From the Actions menu for the work request, select View details.
3. On the work request details page, view information about the work request on the Details tab.
4. Select the Messages tab to view Log messages and Error messages.
