Move a Software Image to Another Compartment
This topic provides the details and procedure to move a Software Image to a different compartment.
Before you begin, review the following:
- Moving a Software Image changes only the compartment of the Software Image resource. Associated resources, such as databases, remain in their current compartments.
Procedure
Perform the following steps in the Console.

On the Software Image list page, select the Software Image that you want to work with.

On the Software Image details page, from the Actions menu, select Move resource.

In the Move resource panel, select a new destination compartment from the dropdown and select Move resource.
