Identifying the Exadata Cloud at Customer Release Version

To find the Exadata Cloud at Customer release version for your current implementation:

  1. Open the My Services dashboard.

    For detailed instructions, see Accessing the My Services Dashboard and the Oracle Database Cloud Service Console.

  2. Click the user menu, located on the right side of the banner at the top of the My Services dashboard, and choose the About menu option.

    The About My Services dialog displays the Cloud Control Plane release version for your Exadata Cloud at Customer implementation.

    Based on the Cloud Control Plane release version, you can use the following table to determine the Exadata Cloud at Customer release version. For example, if the Cloud Control Plane version displayed in the dialog is 18.4.4, then the Exadata Cloud at Customer release version is 18.4.6, or a later maintenance release.
