Rescheduling or Canceling a Deployment

Learn how to reschedule or cancel a scheduled RFC.

About this task:

  1. In the Customer Success Services home page, click the menu icon at the upper left corner.
  2. Under Services, click Customer Self Service.
  3. In the Customer Self Service page, click Refresh. (or)
  4. On the OCSN-Self Service Platform Dashboard, under Quick Links, click Refresh.
  5. On the Refresh page, select an RFC in "Ready for Scheduling/approval" status and click View Execution Details from the actions menu.
  6. In the Execution Details page, Click Cancel Execution to cancel the scheduled RFC. To reschedule to a different date and time, click the calendar icon next to Schedule Refresh to reschedule the RFC.
