If you contact Oracle Support Services about any issue with the appliance, then you may need to provide the support bundle to help the Oracle Support Services technician diagnose the issue.
- Log in to the management console.
- Select the System tab on the upper-right side of the management console.
- Select the Help tab.
- Click Download Support Bundle in the System Logs pane.
You can download and save the support bundle.
Support BundleThe support bundle contains the following information:
- All necessary logs for diagnostics
- Local storage usage information
- Basic system information such as memory size, Docker version, appliance version etc.
- List of filesystems
