Grant Users Permission to Publish Public Content

Administrators can grant the Publish Content Publicly permission to specific users or groups. Create an application role that includes the permission, and then assign the application role to the users or groups who can publish public content.

1. On your home page, click Navigator , then click Console.
2. Select Roles and Permissions, and then select Application Roles.
3. If you haven't done so already, create an application role that includes the Publish Content Publicly permission.
4. Grant the application role to the users or groups that can publish public content.
