When Do System Settings Take Effect?

When you change your system settings, the time it takes for the changes to take effect can vary. Some setting changes happen right away, but most take a few minutes.

After the changes take effect, it's a good idea to refresh your browser to see any visible differences in the user interface. If other users are signed in when you make system setting changes, they must refresh their browsers too. In some cases, users might need to sign out and sign back in to see the changes.
