Part IV Appendix - Build Semantic Models Using Model Administration Tool
This part describes how you can use Model Administration Tool to model data and reuse semantic models built using Oracle Analytics Server in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Before you build a model, check to see if Semantic Modeler supports the data source. If the data source is supported, use Semantic Modeler rather than Model Administration Tool to build the model. See Data Sources Supported for Semantic Models.
If the semantic model you created in Oracle Analytics Server uses a data source supported by Semantic Modeler, then migrate your .rpd file to Semantic Modeler. For help with this migration, see Import a File to Create a Semantic Model.
