Set the Migrated Semantic Model's Connection Pools

When you migrate the semantic model from Data Modeler, Semantic Modeler creates a connection pool for each physical database and sets each connection to 'system'.'Default'.

You can create a connection named Default to use in the migrated model. After you create the Default connection, the migrated model's physical database automatically connect to the data source and you don't have to update each database connection manually.

This task is optional and you can manually set each physical database's connection.

1. On the Home page, click Create, then click Connection.
2. In Create Connection dialog, click the connection type that you want to create.
3. In the Connection Name field, enter Default.
4. Complete the connection requirements.
5. Click the System connection field.
6. Click Save.
