Sort Presentation Columns Alphabetically

The table column order is preserved when you add a logical table to the presentation layer. In some cases, the column order is random. In the presentation layer, you can reorder a presentation table's columns alphabetically so that they are easier to find in the column list.

1. On your home page, click Navigator and then click Semantic Models.
2. In the Semantic Models page, click a semantic model to open it.
3. Click Presentation Layer .
4. In the Presentation Layer pane, browse for and double-click the table where you want to sort columns.
5. In the presentation table, click the Columns tab.
6. Click Reorder Columns Alphabetically to change the column sort order.
7. Click Save.
