Add an Image as a Workbook Background

Add an image as a background for all canvases in a workbook.

  1. On your home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, and select Open.
  2. Click the workbook Menu, then select Workbook Properties.
  3. In the Background row, click Auto, then select Custom.
  4. In the Image Source row, click None, then select an image source and add the image:
    • File – Click the file upload icon This image shows the file upload icon. then browse for and select the image file.
    • URL – Paste the image source's URL into the text field.
    • Shared Image – Click the file upload icon This image shows the file upload icon. and select a shared image.
  5. Update the image properties as required.
  6. Click Save.
