Add Metadata for a Dataset Using AI Assistant

Use Oracle Analytics's AI Assistant to add metadata that optimizes the usability of analytics content. The AI Assistant adds an optimized dataset description that makes the dataset more usable.

Providing the optimized dataset metadata enables analytics users to understand the contents of datasets without having to open them, and minimizes the duplication of content.

1. On the Home page, click Navigator and then click Data.
2. Click the Datasets tab.
3. Locate the dataset that you want to update, click Actions, and then click Inspect.
4. On the General page, click the wand icon next to the Description field.
