Configure the Insights Panel Layout for View Mode

Choose whether the Insights panel overlays workbook content or is docked beside it when you open a workbook in View mode.

This setting doesn't apply to how the Insights panel opens in the workbook editor, it only applies to View mode.

1. On your home page, click your user name or name badge with your initials, then click Profile.

2. Click Advanced.
3. Use Show Auto Insights as Overlay (Viewer) to choose the panel layout:
   • Turn the toggle On to display the panel as an overlay on the workbook content.
   • Turn the toggle Off to dock the panel beside the workbook content.
4. Click Save, then click Close.
