Copy a Visualization from Another Workbook

Copy a visualization from one workbook and paste it to another to share analytics content. Copying a visualization also copies the dataset used by the visualization.

  1. On your home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, and select Open.
  2. On the canvas, hover over the visualization, click Menu, select Edit, then select Copy Visualization.

  3. Create or open a workbook.
  4. Right-click the canvas, click Edit, and then Paste Visualization.
    The dataset used by the visualization is also copied into the workbook.
