Oracle by Example brandingAnalyze Employee Performance and Attrition Data in Oracle Analytics Cloud

section 0Before You Begin

This 10-minute tutorial shows you how to expand the HR Attrition project to create visualizations and narrate insights about employee voluntary resignations.

Background

In analyzing the human resources data, you discover that attrition over the past 3 months is primarily due to resignations rather than planned retirement or involuntary termination. You are tasked with finding the root cause. In your anlysis, you noticed that the most common reason cited for resigning was Career Progression, followed by Compensation.

To further investigate the resignations, you add employee performance and salary data to the HR Attrition project to see if any patterns emerge.
