Check if the current user can sign in to the Developer Portal

Checks if the user sending the request is authorized to sign in to the Developer Portal. A 200
response code is returned if the user can sign in to the Developer Portal; an error code is returned otherwise.
All authenticated users can request this resource.

There are no request parameters for this operation.
Response
200 Response
Indicates the user can sign in to the Developer Portal.
401 Response
Indicates an authentication error.
403 Response
Indicates the user cannot sign in to the Developer Portal.
