Revoke an API grant from a user
/apiplatform/management/v1/apis/{apiId}/grants/{grantType}/users/{userId}
Revokes the {grantType}
grant for the {apiId}
API from the {userId}
user.
Users accessing this resource must be issued the API Manager role and must be issued the Manage API grant for the specified API.
