Issue service account grants
/apiplatform/management/v1/serviceaccounts/{saId}/grants
Issue a grant to a user or group for the {saId}
service account.
The user requesting this resource must be assigned the Service Manager role and must be issued the Manage Service Account grant for the specified service account.
