description of form in Create Instance page

This screenshot shows the page where you supply the details required by Oracle Visual Builder to create a pre-provisioned custom service instance.

The page contains a form with the following fields:

• Instance Name

• Description

• Notification Email

• Region

• Tags

The Instance Name field and Region dropdown menu are required. After providing the details in the form, you can click the Next button to proceed to the step where you confirm the instance details.

The page also contains a Cancel button to leave the page without creating an instance.
