This illustration shows the Create Application dialog box. It contains a form to create an application in Oracle Application Container Cloud Service. 

The Application section contains the following fields: 

The Name field contains the PythonCache name.

Notification Email is a test field to enter an email to send the notifications.

Metering Frequency is a drop-down list and Monthly is selected.

Application Artifacts has an Upload option, which is selected.

Archive, Manifest, and Development Plan each contain a Browse button to select a file. The Browse button next to Archive is selected.

The Notes lets users enter a description for the application.

The Topology section contains the following fields:

The Instances field is a drop-down list and 2 is selected.
The Memory (GB)  field is a drop-down list and 2 is selected.
The Python Version field is a drop-down list and 3.6.0 is selected. 
The Application Cache field is a drop-down list and MyCacheApp is selected.
There are two buttons: Create and Cancel.
