Drag and Drop Documents into the Knowledge Base

You can add documents to the knowledge base by dragging and dropping them.

Prerequisites: Add a Knowledge Base

  1. In the navigation pane, select Projects.
  2. Select the project that contains your knowledge base.
  3. In the left navigation pane, select Knowledge Base Knowledge base icon.
  4. In the Knowledge Base section, select the knowledge base for which you want to add documents.

    The knowledge base page is displayed.

  5. Click Add, select the document to upload, and click Open.

    The document is uploaded into the knowledge base.
