Invoke Actions Page

The Box Adapter supports outbound operations (an invoke) to Box that can manage files and folders as well as work with the metadata for files and folders. Use the Invoke Actions page in the Adapter Endpoint Configuration Wizard to select the type of action you want to perform.

Element Description

Manage Files and Folders

Select this option to show the operations related to managing file and folders such as creating, modifying, moving, and deleting folders, uploading and downloading files, and getting detailed information about files and folders.

Manage Metadata Instances

Select this option to show the available metadata templates and the operations related to creating, updating, deleting, and retrieving metadata instances for files and folders.
