Known Issue While Configuring SAP Concur Adapter V4 Operations

An error may occur when configuring a V4 operation (for example, Identity APIs > GET) in the SAP Concur Adapter in Oracle Integration.

GENERIC
An error has been encountered in the processing of your selection. Please cancel this 
configuration session and restart your adapter configuration.

Cause: The SAP Concur Adapter retrieves V4 API metadata during configuration. Recent changes to authentication requirements for external metadata endpoints can prevent successful retrieval. As a result, the Adapter Endpoint Configuration Wizard may not load operation details and may show a generic error.

Status: This behavior is currently under review. Support for updated metadata authentication mechanisms is currently being planned.

• Re-edit existing integrations
