Step 1: Identify Your Oracle Integration Instance Information

Identify information about your Oracle Integration such as service name and domain to help you in troubleshooting.

  1. Log into Oracle Integration console.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the avatar for your name, and then select About. You'll see information about your instance.


    The About dialog shows the following fields: Version, Service instance, Instance ID, Identity domain, Service type, Outbound IPD, Inbound IP, Bring your own license, Number of message packs.

  3. Copy your Service instance name, Instance id, and Identity domain values to a text file so that you can compare with what you have in your configuration.
