Upgrade the JDK 11 Agent to the JDK 17 Agent

If you need to upgrade from JDK 11, perform the following steps.

1. Install JDK 17.
2. Stop the existing connectivity agent.
3. Set JAVA_HOME and PATH to JDK17.
4. Restart the connectivity agent.
