Use AI to Analyze Runtime Behavior and Query Operational Data

Within a project, you can use AI to investigate runtime behavior of integrations and ask questions about operational data.

Note:

AI features are available in select regions. See AI Feature Availability in Provisioning and Administering Oracle Integration 3.
You can use this AI feature to analyze integration runtime behavior and query operational data using natural language to understand failures and execution patterns.
  • Ask questions about instances, integrations, data, scheduler, instance health, and errors.
  • Ask AI to create charts/graphs using available data to help you understand operational trends or compare data.
  • Save or delete the conversations with AI. You can save up to 1000 conversations per Oracle Integration service instance.
  • View saved conversations.
To use this AI feature, perform the following steps:
  1. In the navigation pane, click Projects.
  2. Click the project name or click Edit Edit icon.
  3. Click Observe.
  4. In the upper right corner of the page, click Ask Oracle.
    The Ask Oracle pane appears.

    Note:

On the Observe page, Ask Oracle is available on all the tabs.
  5. In the Ask Oracle pane, choose one of the suggested questions or enter your specific question, and click Send Send icon. The AI provides an answer to your question.
    Examples:
    • Show scheduled instances for integration_name for period.
    • Provide a tabular summary of failures that occurred in the last week.
    • Create a pie chart of the summary of failures that occurred this week. Save this chat with name.
    • List the scheduled instances for integration_name.
    • Show successful scheduled runs for integration_name.
    • Summarize current health of scheduled integrations.
    • Why did the instance with instance_id fail? Show a successful run of an instance for comparison.
    • List scheduled jobs that did not start as expected.
  6. You can continue to enter new questions as needed. The Ask Oracle pane has the following options:
    • Click Modify and retry Modify and retry icon on an existing question to copy the text automatically as the new question, and then modify it further as needed.

      • Click Start New Conversation to start an entirely new conversation without any details of the current chat. This option does not delete the current chat from the history (if you've saved the current chat). If you click Start New Conversation when you've not saved your chat, you can confirm by clicking Start New to proceed to a new conversation without saving the current chat , or click Cancel to go back to the chat history and save the chat using Save chat Save chat icon. If you click Start New without saving your chat, your current chat will be deleted.
