Marketo Adapter Restrictions

Note the following Marketo Adapter restrictions.

• The bulk extract feature has the following restrictions:

  • Maximum concurrent export jobs: 2
  • Maximum queued export jobs: 10
  • File retention period: 10 days
  • Maximum time span for date range filter (createdAt or updatedAt): 31 days
  • Maximum limit of daily export quota: 500 MB per day

• Merge Lead operation limit update

  As per the advisory issued by Marketo, the Merge Lead operation (See Create or Update Information) now supports merging a maximum of 25 records per API call.

  If more than 25 Merge Lead IDs are included in a single API request, the operation fails with error code 1080.

  To avoid this error, ensure that no more than 25 Merge Leads are merged in one request. For additional details, see REST API – Merge Leads Limit.
