Message Pack Usage and Synchronous/Asynchronous Requests

Concurrent request limits are based on the type of license you have and the number of message packs you subscribe to.

Your license type affects the synchronous and asynchronous request limits in the following ways:
  • New license:
    • Synchronous: 100 concurrent requests per message pack, up to a maximum of 2,000 requests
    • Asynchronous: No limit; the following number of requests can execute at a time, the rest are queued; 50 requests per message pack, up to a maximum of 1,000 requests
  • Existing license (BYOL):
    • Synchronous: 400 concurrent requests per message pack, up to a maximum of 2,000 requests
    • Asynchronous: No limit; the following number of requests can execute at a time, the rest are queued; 200 requests per message pack, up to a maximum of 1,000 requests

Note:

With version 25.06, the synchronous request limit ceiling was increased from 600 to 2,000, and the asynchronous request limit ceiling was increased from 300 to 1,000. This ceiling may be subject to change.

The following tables show the synchronous and asynchronous request limits based on license types and message packs.
