Set Up the Robot Agent Offline Target Environment Using the Oracle Cloud Marketplace Image

Follow these steps to set up the robot agent offline target environment using the Oracle Cloud Marketplace image.

Prerequisites

  • An Oracle Cloud Infrastructure account with the required permissions.
  • Access to the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
  • An Object Storage bucket in your tenancy.
  • Ability to connect to instances using RDP or SSH.

Set Up the Robot Agent Offline Target Environment

  1. Log in to your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure account and from the left navigation menu, click Marketplace or Go to Oracle Cloud Marketplace. See Launching an Instance Based on an Image.
  2. Enter rpa in the search box and select the required image from the options displayed as:
    • Oracle Linux: rpa-airgapped-image-listing-oel9-<release_number>
    • Windows: rpa-airgapped-image-listing-win2022-<release_number>

    For example: rpa-airgapped-image-listing-win2022-26q2

  3. Click Get App.
    • If you are accessing the app from the Oracle Cloud Marketplace, log in to your Oracle Cloud account to open the Marketplace page.
    • If you are already logged in, the Marketplace page will display.
  4. Click Launch Instance.
  5. In the Launch Instance page, verify the Compartment, Version, and select the I have reviewed and accept the Oracle Terms of Use and Publisher Terms and Conditions checkbox.
  6. Click Launch Instance.
  7. In the Create compute instance page, navigate to each section and select the required options.
  8. Review all the selected options and click Create. See Creating an Instance.
