Slack Adapter Restrictions

Note the following Slack Adapter restrictions.

• Slack bot functionality is not currently supported in the Slack Adapter.
• Only one webhook listener URL (target URL) is allowed per Slack application, per tenant. Therefore, if you want to configure multiple Slack inbound (trigger) integrations, you must create multiple connections. Consequently, for each new connection, a separate Slack application must be created in the Slack Developer Console that utilizes distinct credentials.
• The trigger role requires the use of the Signing Secret Inbound Authentication security policy. This security policy supports only inbound trigger connections.
• OAuth 2.0–based policies are supported only for the invoke role, and cannot be used for the trigger role.
