Activate and Run the Recipe

After you've configured the connections and other resources, you can activate and run the recipe.

  1. Activate the recipe. See Activate a Recipe or Accelerator.
  2. Run the recipe.
    1. Enter the job description and resume summary in the specific Slack channel as shown in the following example.
      For example:
      JD: Job Title: Senior Java Developer Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in North America) Required Skills:
      • 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience
      • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
      • Expertise in designing RESTful APIs
      • Experience working with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB
      • Solid understanding of microservices architecture
      • CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
      • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
      Nice-to-Have:
      • Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker
      • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
      • Prior work in fintech or banking domain
      Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

      Resume Summary: 6 years Java experience using Spring Boot to develop REST APIs. Built microservices for e-commerce platforms. Familiar with AWS EC2 and DynamoDB, but limited exposure to Lambda and SQS. Worked in Agile teams and basic CI/CD with GitLab. No fintech/banking experience.

      Education: B.Sc. in Computer Engineering.

  4. Verify that a notification is sent to the Slack channel indicating whether the resume has been shortlisted or not.
