To run the recipe you have to create a contract in Salesforce.
On the Salesforce Setup page, click the + icon and access the Contracts home page.
In the Contracts home page, click New.
Complete the required fields, including the account name, the customer signed by, and the approver’s email.
Set the file upload status to false and the contract Status to draft, then save the contract.
Click Attach File and select the PDF document to upload. Once uploaded, set the file upload status to true and save the contract again.
When the new contract is created in Salesforce, the first integration flow SFDC REST DOCUSIGN Approval gets triggered in Oracle Integration. The integration now sends the attached files from Salesforce to DocuSign for e-signature and upon completion updates the status. This in turn triggers the second integration flow SFDC REST COUPA CreateContractToProcurement which now creates a supplier in Coupa and updates the corresponding supplier Id in Salesforce.
Monitor the running of the
integration flow in Oracle Integration. See Monitor Integrations.
Log in to your Coupa instance and check if the information of the supplier created matches the details of the corresponding contract that was created in Salesforce.
On the Coupa dashboard, click Suppliers in the main menu.
Refresh the page to see the newly created supplier in the list.
In your Salesforce instance, check if the supplier Id of the newly created supplier in Coupa has been updated in Coupa_Supplier_Id.
