Install and Configure the Recipe

On your Oracle Integration instance, install the recipe to deploy and configure the integration and associated resources.

Install the recipe on your Oracle Integration instance. See Install a Recipe or Accelerator.

After you've installed the recipe, configure the following resources:

Configure the Gmail Connection

  1. In the Connections section, click the connection name.
  2. In the Security section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    Security Policy By default, Google OAuth Authorization Code Credentials is selected.
    Client ID Enter the client Id. See Configure Gmail.
    Client Secret Enter the client secret.
    Scope Select a scope from the drop-down list. For example, https://mail.google.com/
  3. Click Provide Consent.
    In the resulting screen, give your consent. Once consent is given, a successful consent page is displayed.
  4. On the connection window, click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  5. Click Test to ensure that your connection is successfully configured. In the resulting dialog, click Test again.

    A message confirms if your test is successful.

  6. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.

Configure the Oracle ERP Cloud Connection

  1. In the Connections section, click the connection name.
  2. In the Properties section, enter the Oracle ERP Cloud host name. For example: https://your_domain_name.fa.DC.oraclecloud.com.
  3. In the Security section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    Security Policy Select Username Password Token.
    Username Enter the username of the account created for Oracle Integration on Oracle ERP Cloud. See Configure Oracle ERP Cloud.
    Password Enter the password of the account created for Oracle Integration on Oracle ERP Cloud.
  4. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  5. Click Test to ensure that your connection is successfully configured. In the resulting dialog, click Test again.

    A message confirms if your test is successful.

  6. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.

Configure the REST Trigger Connection

  1. In the Connections section, click the connection name.
  2. Click Test to ensure that your connection is successfully configured. In the resulting dialog, click Test again.

    A message confirms if your test is successful.

  3. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  4. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.

Configure the Integration Flow

Edit the Oracle PDF Invoice Create integration flow to configure the document understanding action.

To know more about the document understanding action, see Extract Document Information with a Document Understanding Action in Using Integrations in Oracle Integration 3.

  1. In the Integrations section, click the integration flow name.
  2. On the integration canvas, click the Document Understanding element, and then click Actions Actions icon and select Edit.
  3. Click Next and select the OCI compartment.
  4. Click Next and then Done.
  5. Click Save to save the integration.
  6. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.

Configure the Lookup Table

Edit the Generic_Properties lookup table and enter appropriate values.

  1. In the Lookups section, click the lookup name.
  2. Enter appropriate values against each of the following properties.
    PropertyName PropertyValue
    FromAddress Enter the email address from which notification emails have to be sent in case of errors or failures.
    ToAddress Enter the email address to which notification emails have to be sent in case of errors or failures.
  3. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  4. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.
