About This Recipe
This recipe demonstrates how to get incident details from Oracle B2C Service for an incident ID and send the incident details to the caller as a response.
To use the recipe, you must install the recipe and configure the connections and other resources within it. Subsequently, you can activate the integration flow of the recipe and send a REST request with the incident ID to the integration’s endpoint URL from an external application. When triggered, the recipe’s integration flow fetches the incident details corresponding to the incident ID from Oracle B2C Service and returns the incident details as a response to the external application. The response payload is also logged in Oracle Integration, which you can view in the activity stream.
