Before You Install the Recipe

You must perform the following configuration tasks on your Oracle HCM Cloud instance and sFTP server in order to successfully connect to these external systems using Oracle Integration and export new employee details.

1. Complete the prerequisite tasks in your Oracle HCM Cloud instance. See Prerequisites for Creating a Connection in Using the Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter with Oracle Integration 3.
2. Access an FTP server and create the required output folder.
   1. Log in to the server using your username and password through an FTP client; for example, FileZilla.
   2. Create a output folder on the server to store the CSV files with the new employee data. Note down the path of the folder.
