Error When Obtaining an Access Token from Zuora

You must create an OAuth provider in the Zuora sandbox environment to trigger an integration designed with a Zuora Adapter trigger connection in Oracle Integration. The client ID, client secret, scope, and access token URL are passed when you create an OAuth 2.O provider in the Zuora sandbox environment.

The following error may occur while obtaining an access token from the Zuora application. 
Unexpected error

Solution: This issue may occur due to the length of the access token. Contact Zuora Support and inquire about increasing the column size of the access token.
