Create an Autonomous Database Software Image

Autonomous Database software images are resources within your tenancy that give you the ability to create a customized database software configuration.

You can create an Autonomous Database software image from the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure console. The maximum number of Autonomous Database software images that can be created in a compartment is 10.

Note:

The lifecycle state of an Autonomous Database software image changes to Expired when its Container Database software version is two versions or more, behind the latest RU.
