How to Share and Run the Select AI Agent Framework Team

Use the following steps to share and run the Select AI Agent Framework team.

1. Create the team and its supporting agents, tasks, and tools in the owner schema.
2. Grant the required privileges for the shared workflow. See Prerequisites for Sharing the Select AI Agent Framework Teams for information.
3. Grant the required EXECUTE privileges on any owner-defined PL/SQL tool functions, if applicable.
4. Use GRANT_TEAM_ACCESS to grant a database user or role permission to run the team. See Prerequisites for Sharing the Select AI Agent Framework Teams.
5. Run the shared team by using an owner-qualified team name, for example: TEAM_OWNER.SHARED_SUPPORT_TEAM.
6. Supply runtime values through SET_TEAM or RUN_TEAM, if required. Pass runtime or session-scoped values through the supported runtime namespaces. The runtime values do not modify stored team metadata. A stored team is the team definition saved in the database, including its configured agents, tasks, tools, and other team metadata. See RUN_TEAM Function and SET_TEAM Function for more information.
7. Use REVOKE_TEAM_ACCESS to remove the access grant. See REVOKE_TEAM_ACCESS Procedure for more information.
