The table includes columns: Peer Autonomous Database, Peer role, State, Region, DR Type, Role Changed On, and Created. There are two values in the table:

SALES_EXAMPLE5_Remote, with Peer role Backup copy, State Standby, Region a region, DR Type Backup copy, Role Changed On no value, and Created with a timestamp.
