The image shows the Tools configuration tab. There is a button, "Edit tool configuration". There are three columns: Tools, Access, and Configuration. Under the Tools column, for each tool, the name is shown with a description. Under the Access column, links are shown: Private access URL and Public Access URL with Show and Copy links for each URL. Under the Configuration column, Status indicates if the tool is enabled or disabled.
