This screen lists the Installed on Peers and Deployed on Channels tabs on the left side of the page. The Deployed on Channels tab is highlighted in blue to indicate that it's the page you're viewing. 

The right side of the page displays the Channel label with the number one above it. This count indicates that the table below it lists one channel.

Below the box is a table with three columns: Channel Name, Chaincode Name, and Chaincode Version. There is one row in the table and it displays the channel name "default," the chaincode name "MyTestChaincode," and the version "v1." In the product UI, the channel name is a blue link that you can click to get more information about the channel.
